IO_JenaReaders.resetJena() - called by IO_Jena.resetJena() - did not reset
RDF/XML and RDF/XML-Abbrev.
Similarly, IO_JenaWriters.resetJena() did not reset NT, RDF/JSON or RDFJSON.

This patch also fixes JENA-520.
