If there is sufficient demand for NT/ASCII, then we should have a {{Lang}} for 
it.  It's not worth adding machinery to have the parser equivalent of 
{{RDFFormat}} if NT/ASCII is the only case. {{RiotReader}} (javadoc-> "This 
class is probably not what you want to use.") isn't the long term place for 
this.
