That means that the data will be read into the named graphs as specified in the 
quads formatted file, right?

I would also argue that the priority level on this bug be raised -- this is a 
rather bad drawback to using Fuseki.  The issue is further confusing to a user 
as Fuseki responds with a 201/CREATED, even though it doesn't save anything 
from the quads file.
