Description:
Changes necessary so that SDB works for both RDF 1.0 and RDF 1.1 (changes for
xsd:string and rdf:langString).
Databases loaded with RDF 1.0 data with explicit use of xsd:string will need to
be reloaded. (Reloading data is advisable anyway.)
