I'm not accessing the UI on the server that hosts Fuseki therefore accessing it
via localhost is not possible. Accessing the endpoint UI via an arbitrary IP
was/is working with the 1* release but its seems that this has been eliminated
(whether this is a feature or regression in connection with shiro, I can't say).
