Is jena-maven-tools supposed to depend on jena-parent 13-SNAPSHOT? The Jena3 jena-parent seems to be version 14-SNAPSHOT.
Also, org.apache.jena.atlas.lib.cache.CacheGuava seems to be dependent upon several org.apache.jena.ext.com.google.common.cache classes but I don't find org.apache.jena.ext package.
