The permissions module didn't build with maven.

The examples were not updated security->permissions but they are part of
the build. I have now fixed this but please check I have done all that
needs to be done.
(Eclipse import of the maven project does not include source folders
other than src/main and src/test by default. Please check the maven
build before pushing.)
