The problem is that Fuseki uses a separate {{DatasetGraphWithLock}} to provide
the transactional functionality. This does not pass anything down to text
index to end the update. Fro the text index POV the update never ends and a
reader does not see changes.
Workaround: Use an in-memory TDB datasets.
