Setting the namespace option in the <source> section of the fileOptions in the 
pom results in a org.apache.jena.rdf.model.ResourceRequiredException.

The issue appears to be that the SchemagenMojo does not convert the string 
representation of the URL to a resource.

I suspect that all schemagen resource properties will have the same issue.
