There is {{LateBindingIterator implements Iterator}} and there is
{{LazyIterator implements ExtendedIterator}}. Can {{LateBindingIterator}} be
deprecated in favor of {{LazyIterator}}? {{LateBindingIterator}}, as mentioned
above, is used only in {{Unparser}}.
