If there is a better way, then let's do it.  Any index starting "G" will do as 
it is the size of the top map key set.

This got it through tests where the data is small.

Calling the operation {{size()}} was a bad choice.  It's {{numGraphs}}, not the 
number of quads which (with hindsight) is a more natural meaning for {{size()}} 
but changing it is disruptive.

Best I can think of is to have two operations {{numGraphs}} and {{numQuads}}.  
The quads count would include the default graph.
