Environment: After editing a service config file, I get at reload:
SEVERE: Exception sending context initialized event to listener instance of
class org.apache.jena.fuseki.server.FusekiServerListener
org.apache.jena.riot.RiotException: Failed to determine the content type:
(URI=file:///opt/fuseki2/run/configuration/gnd.ttl~ : stream=null)
due to the {{.ttl~}} file my editor created.
It would be great if such files could be skipped silently (as it commonly works
in Linux config dirs).
