Description:
{{org.apache.jena.riot.system.IRIResolver}} sets up the IRI factory used
throughout RIOT for IRI checking.
NFC and NFCK are some warning checks. They are both warnings, not errors
("SHOULD"), of certain Unicode blocks where transcoding across systems errors
are possible so the standards discourage their use.
