I think [~andy.seaborne]'s approach is straightforward, and if we are going to
use wrappers (and for the reasons Andy gave, it seems we must) then it's the
place to begin. Should I make up a PR bringing in Andy's component as a small
module in Jena's main codebase that depends only on {{jena-core}}? Or perhaps
we can offer another way of publishing this facility? [~stain], do you think
Commons RDF would be interested in hosting a semi-official Jena impl? That
would take the burden away from Jena itself.
