Oh, I think YASQE is actually checking for a prime instead of an apostrophe in
the IRIref regex. Pull request submitted

:-) no hard feelings.
If that is merged, and a new release is updated, I'll handle the JavaScript
updates in Jena as well, but in the future we may want to look into something
like bower, npm, or maybe Maven+Webjars for handling JavaScript dependencies in
Fuseki UI app.
