There are some leftovers in the JDBC modules that we can remove, as documented
here:
https://github.com/apache/jena/pull/151
Specifically, there is an inappropriate usage of
com.mycila.maven-license-plugin, also an unnecessary override of
maven-source-plugin, and lastly a dependency on AspectJ which doesn't seem to
be needed any more.
