Looks like it was fixed already :D
Debugging Fuseki 2 in Eclipse, tried to reproduce this issue with no success.
Successfully created and deleted datasets without ever seeing more than one
notification popup.
Leaving it open until someone else can try it too to confirm it is indeed gone.
