"Should N3 be moved?" Yes but it is still entangled with jena-core setup so it
is not a question of just moving it. When run with jena-arq it is replaced by
RIOT but jena-core development is the one case when that is not the situation.
The JavaFX problems are not new. They have existed since we went to Java8.
