Summary of the discussion:
The one-file unit execution of {{parseRIOT}} returns a record of the process
{{ParseCompletion}} (e.g. sucess, conditional success, counts of triples,
quads, time taken, etc) rather than being a void.
The method that loops to call the one-file parse step ({{exec$}}, which calls
{{parseFile}}) amalgamates the rsults of each pasrse operation into an overall
outcome.
