JENA-1306: RDFParser
`RDFParser` / `RDFParserBuilder` is a new API to build and execute parsing
steps. It provides complete control of the parser setup.
As such it is too detailed for general use. `RDFDataMgr` or `Model.read`
remains the normal way to ingest RDF syntax.
In this PR, `RDFDataMgr` has been changed to use `RDFParser`.
`ReaderRIOT` remains the interface to plugging in parser processes.
Parsing speed is not affected.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/afs/jena parser
