To be frank - no, the purpose of the ticket was to suggest the inclusion of
{{tdbloader2}}. If that cannot be achieved in a sensible way, I'm fine with
closing the ticket.
The possible inclusion of a {{tdbloader}} script may for useful for others, so
I would leave that completely to you (I'm fine with the {{java -cp ...
tdb.tdbloader}} call).
