Post JENA-1306, here is scope for a lot of clearing up and simplifying parser
creation. In particular the two set "create parser - set profile" can be
changed to set the profile (the of things needed to make code, control error
handling, control prefixes and more) as part of the reader (the parser engine)
constructor.
PR#234 started out as rolling through earlier improvement to Elephas but it
made sense to do all the maintenance as bit-by-bit looked like becoming more
work than just doing it all.
