Andy, Is there a branch for the java 9 work? it looks like the maven-enforcer-plugin is causing problems. As I recall there were several enforcer/reporting plugins that caused problems (Rat included I think).
I also note that there is an issue with the jenkins remoting software, but it looks like it continues to run anyway.
