The Eyeball code is already elsewhere (in Apache SVN - keep that link). Proposal: * Unlink from the tools page. * Upgarde the notice on all Eyeball pages to "This page is historical for information only - there is no Apache release of Eyeball". * Remove links to JIRA, SF distribution (broken anyway) and mention of help/support.
