[~jmvanel] I wrote a custom program to extract the nodes using the low level
storage classes. While the general form would be the same for any recovery,
the code to resync after an error tends to be specific to the errors that occur.
It works on the node table only. It does not fix up the triples.
The nodes are coming out in the order they were added. Low hex numbers mean
added the first time before later ones.
I can run the recovery on the other DB is you send me a link but again it will
extract the nodes, not fix the database triples.
