   After reviewing the licensing documentation in the libraries and Apache's
   policy on public domain licenses (
   
http://www.apache.org/legal/resolved.html#handling-public-domain-licensed-works)
   I think we can safely include them as we would any other Apache approved
   license.  To my mind this means adding a line or two to the Notice file
   indicating that the two components are included and are licensed under the
   createive commons public domain license.  This may be a bit of overkill,
   but better safe than sorry.
