I'm afraid that our Jira instance doesn't work that way-- all assignees are
committers. Don't worry, we won't lose track of your contribution!
The PR machinery isn't part of Git, but of GitHub, so the easiest way for you
to do this will be to go to GitHub. The UI there features easy-to-use screens
that walk you through the process-- just start at your branch and let me know
if you run into any problems!
