To go with this, we can remove the travis-ci file.
travis-ci.org is going way.
Github action have one big advantage - the repo can switch an action on and off.
With travis, it's hard/impossible to switch it off without removing the control
file, and that makes cloning cumbersome. It is easy to clone and have the clone
added to Travis automagically.
