Please show an example of why you think they are different. It's much easier to 
talk about a concrete example. Just "UUID assignment is different" doesn't tell 
me what the difference is. 

Is it related to RDF-star only?

And please use v 4.2.0. There are bugs in the earlier RDF-star support and also 
the details of the RDF-star spec got clarified.
