Development helper.
Sometimes it is convenient to be able to rebuild quickly to reset the state of
local maven snapshots.
* When switching branches, you don't want the remote project development
snapshots but ones related to the branch.
* When switching branches or for POM changes, Eclipse can get out of step.
Add profile "fast" that builds everything but does not produce javadoc or run
the tests.
