As well as SPARQL Graph Store Protocol for loading data, Fuseki also supports
HTML file upload \{{<input type="file">}} using commons-fileupload.
We should at least not put this in examples and default setups and possibly
remove the functionality. (It may block upgrade to "jakarta" from "javax".)
The UI uses Graph Store Protocol - extended with accepting quads data..
