Andy Seaborne resolved JENA-890.

Resolution: Won't Do
New (2022) Fuseki UI.
If there is interest in having qconsole as well as yasgui, please open a
separate ticket (and put in a PR).
The new UI is vue-based. Hopefully, easier to add extra features/tabs/pages.
