Just discovered that the MacOSX dock icon is missing from docs if one
follows the README and just runs 'ant'

Also the help docs aren't generated by default.
JMeter still runs, so I don't think it's a blocker on its own.
But I think the README needs updating or perhaps the default target
needs to include the printable docs.

Also the Unix script files don't get exec permission in the source archives.
It looks like only the binary tar.gz archive has the settings.

I think the install target should probably fix this as I'm not sure
that Zip supports exec mode.

Again, I don't think it's a blocker on its own.
