Reordered menus. With some drive-by tidying up.
## Description
Added ability for MenuFactory to add separators to menus.
Some TestBeanGUI refactoring for reformatting.
New Spock test.
Refactored AbstractThreadGroupGui menu creation.
Cleaned up horrible if sequence and unneeded variables
