@vlsi,
since thread departure schedule is pre-generated for defined timeframe,
what about adding ability to log this schedule into file ?
Another interesting feature would be to have real departure time logged,
and\or warnings to to jmeter.log that there weren't any thread ready by the
time in departure schedule - I mean possible case when SUT response time is way
too slow and required request rate impossible to acheive with defined # of
threads.
