Yes, I can provide Junit tests for the HTTPArgument.java file covering all the 
encodings mentioned by you.
However, I am facing difficulties for rest of the two files such as 
DefaultSamplerCreator.java and HTTPHC4Impl.java as I could not find where the 
existing tests are written for these two files.
