Good catch Sebb! (I only verify the binaires in my release process...)
It's fixes on dist.apache.org and catch up by US/EU www.apache.org/dist
website but not on all mirrors (need to wait 1 day for the sync)
Tomorrow I will resend the Announce email.

Something has gone wrong with the release publication.
The source files have been stored under sources/ instead of source/ as is
normal.
So the download page does not work for source artifacts.
Note: source is singular because there is generally only one version of
source for OSes.
binaries is plural, because many products have multiple binary releases.
Please fix the error and resubmit the announce email when this has been
done and mirrors have caught up.
