We started using JMeter a lot in the last months and we'd like to help
complete the milestone for version 5.7.
We have 5 employed
developers available (OlavoAcolita, ArthurPassosAcolita,
GabrielAcolita, ElthonAcolita, ratacolita)
to assign at least one task to complete.
These are some tasks we think we can start contributing to:
#6006 Support ${...} for TestElement.enabled property enhancement,
help-wanted Low-Medium Configuration, UI
#5981 If and while controllers: add UI for common patterns like variable
(equal, not equal,...) value enhancement, help-wanted Low-Medium
UI, Control Logic
#5925 CSVDataSet might produce wrong results in SHARE_GROUP or SHARE_THREAD
modes... defect, help-wanted Medium Config Logic, Defect
#5804 BackendListener cannot have the same name defect, help-wanted
Low-Medium Listener Logic, Defect
#5983 JMeter HTML report max value calculation issue
#6080 HTTP Request sampler does not comply with RFC9110#15.4.8
regarding 307 redirect
As I see those are easy to medium to complete so they can start their
firsts contributions.
We hope that we can complete at least those tasks by the end of June at
most.
We are doing this as a way of getting our employees to better know JMeter
as a whole since we have a large project going on where we use it daily.
It would be nice if some maintainer could assist us on getting onboard to
contribute to the project.
