Hello Apache JMeter Team, I’ve developed a plugin called “Smart Correlator” aimed at simplifying one of the most time-consuming aspects of performance testing—dynamic value correlation.
The tool automatically compares multiple recordings and identifies dynamic parameters such as session tokens, sys_ids, and other request-specific values. It also categorizes them by priority and provides clear mapping to samplers and requests. Key capabilities: - Automatic detection of dynamic values across recordings - Categorization based on importance (e.g., session vs optional params) - Clear visibility into where correlation is required - Designed to reduce manual effort significantly in script preparation I built this primarily for my current organization performance testing use cases, but the approach is generic and can benefit broader JMeter users.
