Release 2.0.0?

Hi all,

wdyt on releasing johnzon 2.0.0 (or at least a RC/milestone) as we're 
now EE 10 compatible? Is there anything I can pick up that still needs 
to be done beforehand to speed up that process?

I've already taken a look at the site last week and updated it 
accordingly for 2.0.0: https://github.com/apache/johnzon/pull/113

At least in jira there's no open tickets for 2.0.0 
(https://issues.apache.org/jira/projects/JOHNZON/versions/12352737) 
except for JOHNZON-399 which to me seems more like a discussion right now
