I end up with depending on `javax:json:javax.json-api:1.1` and in its
`javax.json.JsonValue`, there is;

public interface JsonValue {
/**
* The empty JSON object.
*

static final JsonObject EMPTY_JSON_OBJECT =
Json.createObjectBuilder().build();
```
