Hi yes we finally have all deps we needed and last time I checked legal stuff was ok.
You have some tips on releases here for incubator http://incubator.apache.org/guides/release.html and here for instance https://bval.apache.org/release-management.html for more technical guidance (maven/gpg...)., Main difference since we are an incubator project is we need to vote on incubator list as well once the johnzon community vote passed before pushing binaries. If you need help don't heistate to ping us. First step will be to mvn release:prepare release:perform in a staging repo on apache nexus. Then throw a vote on this list. Then it will be on incubator list then we'll be able to push binaries on central and apache dist area.
