Dear Johnzon podling, I'm writing as your most recent board report (March 2016) was not filed. What is especially troubling about this is that a member of your PPMC raised a vote thread today about your graduation. A missing report is a good indication that you're not ready to graduate. These timely reports are needed by the IPMC (and therefore the board) to measure a projects vitality. Lack of a report indicates a lack of PMC availability to the project.
Can you plan to have your board report together for next month (you've now been placed on monthly, so that'll be April)? Thanks, John
