Hi Matt, All of our reports are compiled and archived on the incubator wiki space at http://wiki.apache.org/incubator/ They are also available in 'published' format in whimsy at https://whimsy.apache.org/board/minutes/ You will need to create an account on wiki.apache.org to enter the joshua podling report there.
