+1 This is a great idea. Some more details: the translation engine is probably a bit out of date, but it would not take much work to update it. I've recently added a server mode to the Joshua decoder itself that implements the Google Translate API. If you start up in server-mode with "-server-mode http -server-port 5674", you can query it directly using the attached AJAX interface, making for a nice interface [update: I just pushed this up: https://github.com/joshua-decoder/joshua_translation_engine/tree/master/html/index.html)
