We are killing serialization feature of JRuby. In general supporting
serialization speeds up parsing at the cost of slowing down requires/loads. We
also have numerous operational issues from people not rebuilding their jruby
sandboxes, which are caused by this feature. The ultimate solution is getting
AOT compilation safe.
