rubyzip needs File::Stat.uid to work. I have added a false uid method under the
existing false entry for ino that, along with the patch for JRUBY-1424, allows
for the rubyzip testsuite to pass with 0 failures or errors:
86 tests, 897 assertions, 0 failures, 0 errors
