With JNA, we can now implement a real working File::Stat. Make it so.
I have an email to the JNA users list to see if anyone else has mapped the
structure. If they have, this should take about 15 minutes to plug in.
We would continue to have a partial Java-based File::Stat for non-JNA platforms
and users.
