I noticed that the maven repo http://repo1.maven.org/maven2/ still does not
have JRuby 1.1.3 available. From my past experiences, it takes no more than a
day or two for new JRuby release to become available.
Is this something that the JRuby releasers can push to the repository? Or is
it a problem with the repository not pulling in the new release?
