                 Key: JRUBY-2925
                 URL: http://jira.codehaus.org/browse/JRUBY-2925
             Project: JRuby
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: Java Integration
            Reporter: Ola Bini

When upgrading from r6947 to the current version, several new failures in
JtestR due to some things that seems to have broken in the work to fix it.

One is that there is no error thrown when trying to instantiate a class with
only one private constructory.
